   MIS is the developer of the Maritime Global Network, where users can log into at https://www.mgn.com/palm for access to vessel safety data as well as market reports and industry news. Users can also search a database for recent and past vessel detentions.
   The Maritime Global Network also offers second-tier Port State Control authorities with a cost-effective way to publish Port State Control to the industry, the company said.
