SEAFREIGHT LINE STARTS LATIN AMERICA SERVICE FROM JACKSONVILLE    SeaFreight Line said Tuesday it will start weekly containership service from Jacksonville, Fla. to Venezuela and several adjacent markets which the port has not directly served.
   SeaFreight will operate three container vessels with weekly fixed day departures from Jacksonville's Blount Island terminal every Thursday. SeaFreight will directly serve Kingston, Jamaica; Port Lisas, Trinidad; Paramaribo, Suriname; Georgetown, Guyana; Curacao, the Netherland Antilles; Aruba; and Isla Margarita, La Guiaira and Puerto Cabello, Venezuela.
   The service's vessels can carry 400 TEUs, including positions for 70 refrigerated units on the Stefan Sibum and Fortunia and 100 refrigerated units on the Heinrich J. The service will also handle some breakbulk cargoes and rolling stock.
   Coastal Maritime Services will provide stevedoring services for SeaFreight in Jacksonville. Strachan Shipping is the ship's agent and Sea Freight Agencies Inc. is U.S. general agent for SeaFreight Lines, based in the Cayman Islands.
