REVAMPED CARDINAL FOCUSES ON DELIVERY AND LOGISTICS '    Cardinal Logistics Management Inc., based in Concord, N.C., a provider of integrated transportation solutions, said Wednesday that it has moved from general asset-based transportation to two core offerings: dedicated delivery and logistics management.
   The transition began last year with the sale of Cardinal’s van and flatbed divisions. “We have reorganized to concentrate on those operations that have accounted for our growth over the past three years,” said Vin McLoughlin, chief executive officer of Cardinal.
   Golder, Thoma, Cressey and Rauner Inc., Cardinal’s financial partners, have provided $15 million in additional funding over the last six months.
