IPBCC LINES REDUCE COLOMBO WAR RISK SURCHARGE    Member lines of the India Pakistan Bangladesh Ceylon Conferences said they have reduced their Colombo war risk surcharge to $150 per TEU, from $350 per TEU, for Sri Lankan local cargo.
   The conference said it has started receiving confirmation from some underwriters of reductions in premiums levels, although.
   IPBCC has also reduced the war risk surcharge for Colombo feeder operations. The revised surcharge is $30 per TEU.
