FMC reviews 23 OTI license applications

Individuals knowing of a reason why an applicant should not receive a license should contact the Office of Transportation Intermediaries.    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 23 ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Global Ocean and Air Logistics Solutions, Cumming, Ga. (Emin Bayramiov, member); International Global Logistics, San Mateo, Calif. (Gabriel Cunich, CEO); PLs Logistics, Suwanee, Ga. (Kyoung Wuk Yoon “Kevin,” treasurer); and Van Der Helm-Hudig Rotterdam B.V., Rhoon, Netherlands (Arie Marinus V. Giessen, export manager).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from A&B Cargo Services, Miami (Ciro A. Aldana, president); Crew Transportation Services, Carteret, N.J. (Mike E. Vidal, president); Dago M Corp., Miami Gardens, Fla. (Marcos A. Diaz, president); Epic Freight Solutions, Lawndale, Calif. (Robert E. Reis, member); Larkin Express Logistics, Buffalo, N.Y. (Nicholas C. Barnett, vice president of operations); Maxton Shipping, Rocklin, Calif. (Jermine Robbins, chief operating officer); Momentum Logistics, Santa Fe Springs, Calif. (Ralph Koo, member); One Click Logistics, Jamesburg, N.J. (Lorena A. Simpson, managing member); Pantos North America, Englewood Cliffs, N.J. (Katie Chung, secretary); and Tang Link International, City of Industry, Calif. (Shushu Li, secretary).
   The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder license from Lava Logistics, Grapevine, Texas (Mark M. Hull, member).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from 1JML Corp., Doral, Fla. (JoAnn R. Romney, president); GCL Transportation, Hacienda Heights, Calif. (Wei T. Tu, chief operating officer); JZ International, Irvine, Calif. (HaoFeng “Jeffrey” Zhu, CEO); Novalink Logistics, City of Industry, Calif. (Xinmiao “Steven” Yang, vice president); for trade name additions of Up Moving from F.M. Air, Medley, Fla. (Marcos H. Munhoz, president); and Share Logistics from Share Logistics Inc., Doral, Fla. (Gabriel Buedo, vice president); and for license transfers to Iship from Intership, Houston (Yasser Shaikh, CEO); and Weichert Workforce Mobility from The MI Group, Morris Plains, N.J. (Mark S. Bennett, executive vice president).

Lists of licensed OTIs (applications approved, bonds in place and fully licensed) — both ocean freight forwarders and NVOs — also are available on the FMC website.
