Ritter joined Crowley in 1993 and has held positions as manager of application systems, director of applications infrastructure and, most recently, director of technology management. Prior to joining Crowley, she worked 10 years with Electronic Data Systems Corp.
She will be based in Oakland, Calif., and report to Tom Crowley Jr., chairman, president and chief executive officer.
