Contship Overland, the European intermodal arm of CP Ships’ Contship
Containerlines, says it plans to branch out this year from its core
U.K./Italy route.
The company recently introduced an intermodal service for European
swap-body equipment to Greece, using a ferry link from Brindisi in southern
Italy to Patra in Greece.
Contship Overland said it also is considering new routes to France and
Spain.
