CELARIX OPENS IN EUROPE    Celarix, the Massachusetts-based logistics application services provider, has opened offices in Antwerp, Belgium, and London to expand its presence in Europe.
   The company has hired forwarding veteran Kenneth Nieze to lead its expansion efforts as vice president of European operations. Nieze joins Celarix from Danzas AEI, where he was corporate vice president of sales and marketing worldwide. Nieze has more than 16 years of forwarding experience, beginning with Fritz Cos.
   “Celarix has an aggressive plan to grow our worldwide operations, with a specific concentration in Germany, France, the United Kingdom and the Benelux,” said Evan Schumacher, the company’s chief executive officer.
