BAX Global Appoints VPs
   BAX Global, the Irvine, Calif.-based transportation and logistics company, has appointed Bob Moss as vice president of transportation and engineering and Richard English as vice president, import brokerage.
   Moss will be responsible for BAX’s surface    transportation network and business engineering, replacing Doug Faber, who recently was promoted to
vice president, western division. Moss was director, express clearance operations for Fritz Co.
   As head of BAX’s U.S. customs brokerage business, English plans to broaden BAX’s brokerage business through an expansion of existing transportation hub operations. He was vice president of import services for
Air Express International, which recently announced a merger with Danzas.
