BAX GLOBAL APPOINTS RICHARD ENGLISH AND BOB MOSS AS VPS

   BAX Global, the Irvine, Calif.-based transportation and logistics company, has appointed Bob Moss as vice president of transportation and engineering and Richard English as vice president, import brokerage.
   Moss will be responsible for BAX’s surface transportation network and business engineering. This position was formerly held by Doug Faber, who was recently promoted to vice president, western division.
Moss was previously director, express clearance operations for Fritz Co.
   Richard English will head up BAX’s U.S. customs brokerage business.
   BAX said that English plans to broaden BAX’s U.S. brokerage business through an expansion of the existing transportation hub operations.
   English was previously vice president of import services for AEI.
